Tearing apart one another
Tearing down one another
Empathy for one, not the other
Be mindful of what you speak.
Or you might cause someone's anger to peak.
The whole Country's skirt is slipping long pass the slip showing.
Thoughts of the hearts fully exposed.
Prudence and wisdom has been tossed out the door.
Where has it gone?
It's gone out the window with morality I fear.
Judgement doesn't need to come, it is already here.
We have destroyed ourselves inside out.
A nation imploding.
Yet we stand so pious upon our throne saying we are the strongest and the greatest.
All the while we've behaved as a spoiled, ungrateful, entitled because of our works children.
Underneath we stink because of the works unseen, the back door behind closed door deals.
Oh we stand so proud with our chest puffed out screaming out loud We are the greatest...GOAT.
While standing on the flow of blood crying out from the ground.
Awaiting for its revenge.
As the pain of those left behind shed Tears for our Nation.

Erasing History

We're so caught up in the media broadcast. Fighting to take down or keep up statues. It will never erase history. The beliefs and ideologies that caused the behaviors of love, hate, good, evil, life, death, protection and murders during that time in history will be passed on to the next generation.
Until the statues/idols that have been erected in the hearts of mankind be denounced, physical statues kept up or taken down will make no difference.
As much as we appear (on the surface) advanced, the world has slowly been on a decline since the beginning of time.

Simple Creatures

We make things complex.
Yet, we're simple creatures.
Desiring only to be loved, accepted, noticed and needed.
Never rejected nor live defeated.
Long pages of words bore us.
The marketing field says a few choice words along with the right picture/image is all that's needed for us...simple creatures.
To capture ALL of our attention.
We don't want to believe we're simple creatures.
No, not me...I'm not simple.
I'm not addicted to your low level consumption activities.
IQ level is through the roof.
Facebook may not be the vice...but something or someone is.
We attempt to make things complex but we are simple creatures.

11:14p.m.

Know your strengths and weaknesses

Protect our eye gate, our ear gate and keep our temple clean.
Refuse to listen, to see, to eat what is unclean.
We say, when it's not our taste,
that's not something I'd watch, listen to or taste.
Turn a blind eye to "that" movie.
Wouldn't dare listen to "that" type of music...to you it's just garbage.
Bacon...more please.
"God sent me to break the chain" says every woman and man like Jay-Z.
All things in moderation...know your limits.
Got to keep your nose clean...because it is so far in the air.
Say "right" there...stay "right" there like a Pharisee.
Obedience to his spirit will surely break every mold and be the key to keep you free.

Fit for Use

Fit for Use

When it comes to the body of Christ and there's an issue that's pointed out, don't separate yourself and say that's not me. Or, I don't do that, because when it comes to being part of the body, it is no longer I it is we. It's us, it's our, it's we. Or are you a rogue disciple of Christ? An independent disciple of Christ? A stand-alone disciple of Christ? Last time I checked, if a portion of the body was missing or dangling from the body it is no longer useful as intended. It is a deformation and we know what God did with the deformed sacrifices. Right, there weren't any. The thing that was to be used as a sacrifice could not be deformed. They were not fit to be used, not fit for service, they were not used in God's Kingdom. Just like when Christ returns for his church (the body) the bride has to be fit, it has to be without spot, wrinkle or blemish otherwise we can not enter in. For without holiness (purity) no man shall see let alone enter into Heaven.
Until the return, because of Christ, we can still be used in his Kingdom. Just make sure that before he returns you're keeping your spirit fit so that not only can you be used but you are able to receive the final reward. To enter in and see Heaven.

Time and seasons

When we have undesirable events happen in our life, we feel as if we are the only one that has ever dealt with that particular problem. Be it a health issue, loss of home, loss of job/career, loss of a family member or friend, tragedy (an event that causes great suffering, destruction, and distress) whatever we call a tragedy. If you can think it, it has probably happened. People can take a solvable situation and deem it a tragedy depending on their mentality. Again, some things that happens to us is just life itself. Some things, are self-inflicted problems because we chose not to live according to sound wisdom. Either way as it is said, "Time and chance happens to us all."
If we chose to live a life that is others focused, a life of compassion and consideration, albeit we feel as if it is so...we are not alone and there truly is a season and time for everything.
As a joint-heir to the Kingdom of God, I believe he can and will shape time just for you...because there is no time in him.

Yes, we can react to every unfair act and wrong treatment against us in such a way that it produces nothing but more of what we've already gotten. Now the perpetrator has gone on with their life and we now are carrying the baggage of hurt, pain, resentment and lack of forgiveness. Poisoning our mind, spirit and eventually having it seep out to destroy our bodies. I personally have been there but I knew how I was with the presence of the holy spirit. I was bright not just on the outside but also on the inside. When a perpetrator came at me full on I allowed the assault of words and eventually hands to leave me with every dark emotion and I carried it for years. Until one day I was free from the environment and I was ready to be filled up with light again. So I did as my guidebook (Bible) and comforter had taught me to do. Lay out before the one that created me...to make me over again. The thing is, I had to do that days and days for a matter of months to a few years.
How many are willing to lay self down before the Lord and STAY there UNTIL?!
Until what you ask? Until you are no longer bound by resentment, hurt, pain, or lacking the ability to forgive etc.
Until you know for certain you have the fullness of his light AND his love with no darkness. Yes, in life we will continue to get hit but we can continue to go before him to get healed all over again.

I Can Do Bad By Myself

Nehemiah was up on the wall, he and the others were working hard at building it. He'd already gotten permission from the KING to go ahead and move forward...SO HE DID.
Of course, don't you know there were some that was trying to distract them, laugh at them, get them to pause their work, lied on him, get him to come and "discuss" some things...thus weakening their stance but Nehemiah knew it was the work of an enemy that would try to stop them from working on the destined plan. When you know that you know that you know, what you are commissioned to do is of God and he, THE KING, has given you the go ahead to do the work as he is has prepped everything behind the scenes? Keep building...you battle enough on your own, let alone to allow some outsiders to come in and disturb the flow of your work.
Say "LORD I NEED YOU TO STRENGTHEN ME RIGHT NOW" and keep moving!
