You can still have

Never think that it is to late to have what God designed for you to have...he is the redeemer of time.

Same Triune God

There is a ton of ministries, but only one Church body. The same Triune God working in, through and around us all that is in Christ Jesus.
#LordyouareSovereign

There is one body [of believers] and one Spirit—just as you were called to one hope when called [to salvation]— one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of us all who is [sovereign] over all and [working] through all and [living] in all.

Stop meddling

STOP meddling with the destiny of others!
Whew...when your conversation or you're in the midst of a conversation about someone tends to go something like this...
Oh, I know they will|did...I know for a fact because I saw the way they|what they...
Or the big one us Christians use...the Lord showed me that they...
Ahhhhhh, let US be careful. We will mess up not knowing the FULL story. Don't piece meal together a narrative of a story that only God and that person is writing.

Don’t bad-mouth each other, friends. It’s God’s Word, his Message, his Royal Rule, that takes a beating in that kind of talk. You’re supposed to be honoring the Message, not writing graffiti all over it. God is in charge of deciding human destiny. Who do you think you are to meddle in the destiny of others?

Time to Move

Written: Dec. 3, 2019

God is doing some shifting within some of our lives for our now, to get us prepared for our next...either you move, let it or them go, or he will allow something to shake you just enough that will cause you to say, "Ok Lord, I've ignored for to long. Yes Lord, I hear you and will obey."

He sees it all

We can post a million pictures smiling from ear to ear...it never tells the true tale of what is really going on inside. God sees through it all.
Take care of our inward man as much as we dress up the outside.

#youarethetemple

You realize, don’t you, that you are the temple of God, and God himself is present in you? No one will get by with vandalizing God’s temple, you can be sure of that. God’s temple is sacred—and you, remember, are the temple. Don’t fool yourself. Don’t think that you can be wise merely by being up-to-date with the times. Be God’s fool—that’s the path to true wisdom. What the world calls smart, God calls stupid. It’s written in Scripture, He exposes the chicanery of the chic. The Master sees through the smoke screens of the know-it-alls.

Letter to the Body

 5:51 a.m. 2/7/ 2019
***long blog alert***

This writing is something the Lord spoke to me when I was praying and preparing for a Seminar that I conduct Yearly, called Breaking the Silence Seminars.
The opportunity was not set for me to share during the Seminar.
Today the Lord reminded me of what he had spoken when I started encountering other people with the same message within the past few weeks. After reading yet another message today, it was not ironic that today was the day to finally share what was given to me here. It will be edited some to fit the format and potential audience here, but for all intents and purposes it's what would have been shared if God allowed the opportunity.

This Years Seminar is the
Leadership edition.

For many are called but few are chosen...Matt. 24:14
1 Cor. 1:26-29

Who's Kingdom are we all working for? God's Kingdom.

Something God wanted me to address:
 3 questions.
1. Have we created our own kingdom within the Kingdom of God?
2. Have we lost site of God's vision while working out the vision he gave us and lost site of why we work ministry?
3. Have we created disciples for the Kingdom of God or a cult following for us?

When we leave here today and we get home examine what we've been building.

Somewhere along the way we as a body and as leaders have gotten off track.
We flip flop between between being led by God's spirit and being led/making decisions based on our emotions.
A lot of ministries have been
birthed from pain we'd experienced. A statement you may have heard, or something similar like it is passion of purpose birthed out of pain.

Some of us, have continued to think and work from that space of pain.
Leaving ourselves open to demonic influence at any given time. Keep the gap closed. By keeping a heart of repentance before God, a heart of forgiveness for the people and allowing yourself the time and attention to healing from past pains, especially done through ministry.

You may be saying to yourself, If I didn't forgive I wouldn't be here. That may be so, but keep forgiving and letting go and letting God  (Sometimes you're going to have to give forgiveness even if there's no apology)

Running ministry is downright hard, not for the weak and most did not choose it. Many, was trying to run from it and still would prefer to throw in the towel and go get a life and live it.

Because truthfully, ministry has stripped you.
Of Family by blood, Church family, it has brought broken covenants, dishonorable connections and evil from people that only know you from a distance or don't you at all.
The fight feels personal because it affects you personally, but the attack is on the fulfillment of God's promises in you as well as the members of the body.  To completely stop us to cease from our work.

Many of us have gotten off track due to the constant attack to our psyche, which is our whole being. Mind, soul and the body.

Let us reignite our focus on God's plan to successfully fulfill the vision God gave each of us.
Fix the brokenness of our hearts and ministry parts. We each play a role.
Services and preaching to each other and circulating money between each other to keep our ministries up and running.

Create time to talk with each other. Reason together.
Luke 24:1-14

Acts 10 don't call that which God called clean, unclean.

Rom. 3:10-12 humble yourself under the mighty hand of God.
Matt. 5:1-26
Luke 5:1-25
Heb. 6:10-12; 1-10 msg
Also...
[revisit the vision God gave you as often as you do everything else.
As you do, the reignited passion in you should hopefully encourage those working with you and they will be reminded of what that vision is, be reignited or introduced to it.

Going through the motions.
How can we fall while teaching and preaching the word of God?
1. We've over time erected ourselves as statues of dignitaries.
2. We've gotten to big and gotten accustom to the entitlements of our office.
3. We begin to misuse God's grace and not allow ourselves to be held at any accountability to another.

Matt. 11:28
Heb. 3:10
John 4:6
Pray, preach, teach, and  create
disciples
We all know things pertaining to ministry, what it takes to begin, build, protocol, order of service, much much more etc.
Yet, in all of that Pro. 3:5-6

No one can take away from you what God and hard work has given you EVEN if naturally it feels like the world/satan has tried to.
What's been put in you can not be taken away nor challenged because you know what you know, you've been where you've been and you've experienced what you've experienced. That's fact not just feelings.
Even if after all of that be careful to not judge what's happening based off of our reflective views ( dirty lens) but based through God's filter. Because of hurt, disappointment, betrayal,  near death experiences 100x over, can sometimes distort our view (creating a dirty lens, a dirty filter)no matter how experienced in this we are.

Phil. 4:8
What our mind believes it sees and also looks for. Check what we're thinking about concerning the things and people around us.

Lord what's really happening...how many times have we asked that?

Remind us of who we are but also  where we are in proximity to where God is....he's high we're low. Humble ourselves...
Re-assess the work. Who do we answer to and who holds us accountable besides God. All people of leadership position can manage a lot but leaders still need leaders and mentors etc. Someone they're able to be vulnerable with. If you can't trust the one you have as your go to, or people in your circle...you may need to reassess and find a new circle. Why keep people around you that you don't trust?
Is it the old trauma in you being triggered by them?
Is it really them or is it you...because of all you've been through in life are you now a breathing skeptic?
Yes, the Bible says put trust in no man that's why we trust in and lean upon God. When man fails God never fails.
If for a moment we fail to remember that, we will forever give excuse for operating out of perpetual resentment.
Remember, just like God will send you what you need in your time of trouble, he will also send you WHO you need as well. Do NOT be afraid nor ever embarrassed to seek out council, even therapy.
God did not send you in this earth and mandate a work for you to do, and people to lead for you to die prematurely.
WE the body need you to be whole and healed from your hurt, disappointment, betrayal and all your pains....
[Perpetual -
occurring repeatedly; so frequent as to seem endless and uninterrupted.
Resentment -
bitter indignation (anger or annoyance provoked by what is perceived as unfair treatment.)at having been treated unfairly.]
1 Peter 3
[***We've become accustomed to performing under pressure ***]
A rose garden has a beautiful appearance and a wonderful aroma, yet it still has thorns.
While we are walking through the vineyard...a beautiful rose garden. We will surely at one time or another get stuck by a thorn. The thorn represents life.  It can be beautiful and sweet but at times it will have it's ugly parts that we'd rather not deal with but it's a part of life.
Vineyard
Revelation 2:2-7 kjv/msg
How often do you pour out but nobody is pouring back into you and you should be able to literally go to your brothers and sisters in the hospital... your peers
Telephone directory...plug in for a bunch of people...build different Connections

The severity of your trials may not be identical but in a lot of things, it's relatable. If we were able to have real conversation and unify collectively as one we can really tear down some stuff right within our own City, State, Country...
The body is at war within and it extends out into our homes, Schools, jobs and neighborhoods.
Fix inside the house and it will extend outside.

[Some of us have been called to be fore runners in the gospel... in your region and in the market place where God has sent you. He sent you out to develop some things & to put some things in place.
You're going to take the hits you're going to take the blows you're going to walk into the walls.
You're going to be lied on,
your character will be attacked and you are taking it all for the ones that are coming out behind you.]

Cheerful-noticeably happy and optimistic

I've been reading a book called, "Tortured for Christ " by Rev. Richard Wurmbrand

In the midst of being torn away from their families, imprisoned and tortured because of their belief in the gospel of Jesus Christ, they still were empowered through Holy Spirit to be full of faith, hopeful and cheerful. Reading this made me question my walk in Christ while at the same time, emboldened my faith.

Questioned because...with lesser issues, I've been less than cheerful through them to say the least.
Emboldened because...it was a HUGE reminder of what I believe, is worth living and dying for.
I've no where near experienced what I've read in this book (although I've been threatened death because of the gospel and almost killed due to my relationship with man) even still, nothing near the torture that these people lived through and died because of.

Be cheerful no matter what; pray all the time; thank God no matter what happens. This is the way God wants you who belong to Christ Jesus to live.
