(I am NOT saying don't go to church 🙄)
Busyness sometimes means not taking the time to deal with ourselves, our ways, the conditions of our home life, relationships, receiving the solutions of God, and much-needed change.
(If you have your stuff together then this message is not for you🎉)
No more spending years in church with no real transformation in multiple areas of life. Hours upon hours with no better mindset, no ridding of fearfulness, financial lack, and fractured family structure. That is not the will of the Father. Reassess.
Be attentive and open to what Holy Spirit shows you. It's okay to challenge where we are, what we think we know, and how we've been doing things.
In Daniel, it talks about wearing out the saints. Distractions and believing that to serve, we must be worn down at both ends of the candlestick. These are some of the things that can wear out anybody.
Yes, there are seasons of pushing but for a result. Not endless cycles of the same nothingness with no upward change and forward momentum.
What do you need to pull back from? What needs more of your focus? What needs to be reprioritized? Your family? Your preparation for their future? Building your love? Growth and development? Completion of the assignment (whatever that looks like for you)?
Learn how to get out of your way of what you need and want in life. Revisit that place in God to stay focused on the main thing(s). Do not allow guilt and manipulation to talk you out of your decisions.
Sit and ask the questions. There are answers.
The thief comes, to steal, AND to kill, AND to destroy: I AM come that they might have LIFE, AND that they might have it more ABUNDANTLY.
John 10:10
You can earn more money. You can build new relationships...time, once it is gone, it is gone.
Spend it wisely.
