Jesus Since the Beginning

Through Jesus all was made. John 1:3

He is Supreme. Above all. Phil. 2:9-11 

We are pointed back to Jesus throughout all scriptures. As we read and study it, look for Jesus. John 5:39 

Colossians 1:15-20 TPT

[15] He is the divine portrait, the true likeness of the invisible God, and the firstborn heir of all creation. 

[16] For in him was created the universe of things, both in the heavenly realm and on the earth, all that is seen and all that is unseen. Every seat of power, realm of government, principality, and authority—it all exists through him and for his purpose! 

[17] He existed before anything was made, and now everything finds completion in him. 

[18] He is the Head of his body, which is the church. And since he is the beginning and the firstborn heir in resurrection, he is the most exalted One, holding first place in everything. 

[19] For God is satisfied to have all his fullness dwelling in Christ. 

[20] And by the blood of his cross, everything in heaven and earth is brought back to himself—back to its original intent, restored to innocence again! 

All that was made in and through Jesus, by the shed blood, everything is brought back to him. All back to its original intent. For why it was made. All restored to innocence, again.

How Will You Weild the Tongue?

Gossip is not to be confused with backbiting.
Gossip - 1. Casual or unconstrained conversation or reports about other people, typically involving details that are not confirmed as being true. 
2. Telling other people's personal business.

Backbiting- 1. To say mean or spiteful things about a person. 

Galatians 5:15: But if you bite and devour one another, watch out that you are not consumed by one another

Gratitude Changes Us From the Inside

I shared after our prayer this morning how there's a correlation between being in a state of gratitude and how it affects us internally.
A Lord, I thank you for... 
I AM grateful for...
Spoken out loud. 
Faith comes by hearing. 
When we do things habitually, and or believe, it rewires the brain. 
Good or evil. 
Right or wrong. 
Truth or lies. 
The scriptures are chocked full of instructions on what to do to thrive, mentally. Of course, there are additional principles to follow for all areas of life. 
Focus this morning is on the mind. 
That is where the first battle is. 
There is a lot happening outside of us. So we focus on what we have the power to do. Not to be swept into the delusions of the land. Or the lies we may have believed throughout our lives. 
Divine truths will fortify our minds. 
Fortify
to make something or someone stronger, especially to protect it
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 TPT
[16] Let joy be your continual feast. [17] Make your life a prayer. [18] And in the midst of everything be always giving thanks, for this is God’s perfect plan for you in Christ Jesus.

[16-18] Be cheerful no matter what; pray all the time; thank God no matter what happens. This is the way God wants you who belong to Christ Jesus to live.

Good morning.

Continue to do what you must to create your own economy. 💲

Develop and grow to manage your life well. 🌱

Don't get stuck. Continue to move forward. Do what God said.

We Still Live Here

After all votes are cast. We all have to make sure to thrive, still. 

The person in office cannot 'save'. Only a changed heart and love for humanity over greed can make a difference. Heart change in the office holders and decision makers, but in us just as much. How we live and the daily decisions we make. 

We all want security and safety. 

For our families and future. 

Don't fool yourself into believing you want BETTER than the next person. No matter how people EXPRESS it. We're Americans. If nothing else baby, we like to eat. 😩😆

HVAC 

Clean food

Clean air

Clean water

Good health

Money long enough to have choices and access to those choices. Now and into future generations. 

Sound mind 

Prayerfully, have the skills, that if and when things go awry we'll still be able to stand. 

🌱🛠️💲📈👨🏾‍🌾👩🏾‍🌾🚰

At the end of the day. The day got to end. We'll all still be here. 

Loving, hopefully, and living amongst each other. 

In a perfect scenario, respect and peace towards all mankind.  

Today and the days after, watch and pray. The reaction of a hurt, scared, angry, and mob mentality people are not what any of us want. Keep your head on swivel because the 'fools' on both sides are out there not knowing how to manage their emotions.
